– Senior level training and development executive.
– Relevant HR/Training and Development Degree, possibly with post grad business related. One or the other is also suitable, but 3 year post school education essential.
– Thorough understanding of the SETA landscape, able to converse at all levels within it and understand the working dynamics of the industry very well
– At least 15 years experience working in training and development and thorough understanding of the skills development process.
– Commercial role, responsible for government market development and results for the academy division.
– Well developed communication and negotiation skills.
– Experience of the IT training sector is preferred but not essential.
